I work flexibly, face to face in an informal setting or online for clients who prefer this way of working or a combination of both.

I work with Individual adults, Couples and Young People (aged 14+).Whether it is a current situation that is causing you difficulty or something older that you feel you have never dealt with; together we can explore ways of resolving issues in a way that works well for you.

Whether you are new to counselling or have previous experience; in our first session we will discuss your expectations for this counselling process. It is an opportunity to decide whether you are ready to embark on this journey of personal growth and whether we feel we can work well together.

I offer competitive rates to help as many people access the help they require and deserve.

I work from my private practise in my home in Earsham, walking distance from Bungay.

There is also off road parking space.

For clients who prefer, I am happy to offer online sessions.
